Yes! ElephantTrax works offline for scanning QR codes and viewing your inventory. Changes will sync automatically when you reconnect to the internet.

Free accounts can store up to 100 items across 10 containers. Pro accounts have unlimited items and containers, plus additional features like AI tagging and team sharing.

Go to Settings > Account Sharing > Add Member. Enter their email address and select their permission level (view-only, editor, or admin). They’ll receive an invitation to join your account.

Simply print a new QR label from the app. Go to the container, tap ‘QR Code’, and select ‘Print New Label’. The new label will work immediately – no data is lost.

When you photograph items, our AI analyzes the image to identify objects, colors, brands, and categories. It automatically generates relevant tags that make your items easier to find later.

Yes! Pro users can export their entire inventory as CSV, PDF, or JSON. Go to Settings > Export Data to download your complete inventory with all tags and metadata.

Absolutely. We use bank-level encryption for all data in transit and at rest. Your photos and inventory data are stored securely in the cloud with regular backups.
